fenders

Well this is the third pair of fenders in one week .. I feel happier with this last set I put on the front end... I know this fender making gig is a bit tedious but when you get a set you like it feels good to see your work ... I know I will be on edge come April not knowing how this car will do as I have no test track to try a test car on and than build a car to race ....

Fear not Papa V, I am in the same situation you are. Build car... send in untested car... cross fingers... watch car on the track for the first time... accept what happened... ask questions... ask some more questions... make adjustments... try again. Rinse and repeat.

I'm hoping I'll get it soon. I'm reaching for the chance to keep up with the big dogs soon. I will get there! Never discouraged, but only educated in the art of pinewood racing each time I race.

Who is Leonardo Da Vinci?

Short answer- He was the DD4H of his day!

hmmm
I don't know if that is a good comparison. Da Vinci had a artistry/style to his work. I would compare DD4H to Sir Isaac Newton / Michelangelo I person who thinks outside the box, but is creative within the lines. I Might be off, he could be Bruce Lee/ with a mix of Genghis Khan
peace
with a dash of Einstein thrown in.

AH MAN!! I wish I had thought of this response first off. My official answer: Leonardo was A "TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLE"
