Fire Series Kick off!

Awesome job guys! It's looking like the BASX class is going to be the largest class, 20 entries so far, if I counted correctly.

Cars should have been mailed out today, tomorrow at the very latest, if you live closer.

Ok - I went overboard... Each BASX car is prepped differently so I'm doing a lot of testing all at once. Not sure if it'll work but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
All were tuning board tuned so this could be ugly...

5 BASX (Pistol Whip, Shenanigans, Meow, Billy Baroo, Diver Down)
1 Eliminator (2 Dogs)
1 Street Rod (Code Blue)

I once had a co-worker nick named 2 Dogs. He was very late for work one day because he stopped to watch 2 dogs make pups.

You got it! The name came to me from that old joke.
The young Indian asked his father how he got his name.
The father replied: "After each of my children were born I stepped out of the teepee with my eyes closed and then when I opened my eyes I named you after the first thing I saw. Like your brother Soaring Eagle and your sister Running Deer. Why do you ask 2 Dogs F*****G?

Mine will be in the mail tomorrow.
1BASX
2 SS- 1 I put together tonight, tuning board tune only
1 SP
1 Eliminator
1 Unlimited

Do forget to pre register. It saves John a lot of time.

Is your other SS back to Quicktime form

+1 Great pointer QT, pre-register to speed things up. I already did and hopefully it's worth a few thousandths in speed. /images/boards/smilies/cool.gif

You mean the pre-register on the NPWDRL site? I couldn't get the form to print out to include in the box. I did fill it out on NPWDRL and submit it though...

I'm not for sure. I hope so. We'll find out together on Saturday I guess.

I am only sending in one this month,

Unlimited named "Flipside"

I am all in with this one, fingers crossed

My first car ever to the NPWDRL is going in the mail tomorrow. A BASX. Hoping to add a SS and SP to the mix for the July race.

I don't believe the form is a printable one. You could always screenshot it, crop it and then print that out if you choose. Registering makes it easier to input your car registrations into the race software, via a direct upload (I'm guessing).

That's what I have assumed as well. I always included a word document that serves as a registration form that I put in the box that is shipped. It has the classes I'm running, car names, race name, and my contact information.

I also write that on each individual car container, so you know which car goes where.

I also write my race name, class, and car name on the underside of the car itself.

Now that is making your cars easy to ID, and that's the way it needs to be done. It's the way I do things. It's a whole bunch easier on those repacking the cars for the flight back home.
