...classes I'm running, car names, race name, and my contact information.

I also write that on each individual car container, so you know which car goes where.

I also write my race name, class, and car name on the underside of the car itself.

Now that is making your cars easy to ID, and that's the way it needs to be done. It's the way I do things. It's a whole bunch easier on those repacking the cars for the flight back home.

My boxes have the same graphic that I put on my cars... hard to mix them up that way.

I had 2 street stocks to submit but, as usual, left it to the last minute and ran into a snafu with one of them. So one SS submission for me. The car seemed pretty stout on my home track, so interested to see how it does.

Good luck to everyone !!

I think 10am central time

Just to clarify: Utah is on Mountain Time.

I hope they run this race AFTER the Saturday mail delivery, for the benefit of those of us that were late shipping cars.

Mine is out for delivery. I don't know why I'm happy, they are turds. Hopefully my daughters car does better than mine.

We didn't have enough time with the delays?

When you are a procrastinator like me, delays are irrelevant /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif.
It WILL be left to the last regardless./images/boards/smilies/crazy.gif

However, I should clarify that I was not actually "late" shipping, but rather just on time. I shipped Wednesday with expected Friday delivery. And true to form (in my experience) USPS delivered mine earlier today. Of course we have heard a few horror stories of late where even 5 days were not enough. I guess my point is it would be nice to get any Saturday mail deliveries in the race, whenever possible.

And the flip side of the delay in the Fire Series Race 1 is a faster turnaround, with Fire Series Race 2 being only 3 weeks later on July 11th. Still should be enough time for guys to get their cars back, reprep and sent in again.

Did you guys see the amount of the BASX cars this month? 37 at last count, that's great! Record setting BASX turn out I believe. So much for the Pro/AM debate, it has brought a lot of attention to this class. Just race 'em down the track boys and let's see what happens!
