Going past 6.5 OZ also has diminishing returns for these cars. Also having those 1g ultralight wheels I would be worried about even going that heavy and causing flex in the wheels. Can you use washers now for this modified division? You could then flip the wheels reversed and use spacers. That would give you better wheel integrity on those back wheels.
I checked the clearance under the car and had room to spare. I attached the extra weight under the car and it came out to 5.5 oz. With the COG at 3/4 in., I put the half ounce plate on the dfw side in front of the rear axle and the 4 smaller weights totaling .5 oz. stacked on the other side with the raised wheel in front of the rear axle
I was advised to add more steering in the car , it is at 3 in. Of steer now and I was going to adjust it tonight up to maybe 4 or 4.5 inches
I wanted to reverse the wheels but waited too long to order the spacers and they probably wouldn't have made it in time
