I have a used Goat Boy Drill Tool and a Derby Axle Bender for sale. $60 each
Goat Boy Drill Tool
I have four, two of which are the typical drill jigs for BASX/SS/SR/SP, one adjustable drill jig, one Goat Boy full length jig for Eliminator/Unlimited, and I have just purchased the DD4H Silver Bullet Pro. Don't ask for a comparison between the DD4H and GB tools - I'm not doing it; if they both drill accurate holes, there is no difference in my mind and leave it at that. The one pictured is for sale - $60. As compared to my other jig, it does not have the engraved "0 Degree" and "3 Degree" markings on the sides and the drill bushings are "silverish" in color, as opposed to dark grey. I have one #43 drill bit and it has just a tiny bit of play in the jig for sale, but fits perfectly in the jig I have been using. I have been told that drill bits are slightly different sizes and while one may fit, another may not.
Derby Worx Axle Bender
For sale for $60. I have been using this axle bender for years. It was posted that the Derby Worx Axle Bender can mar axles, but I have never seen this to be true. At M/A 2016, I picked up a Goat Boy axle bender as a replacement. I will say the quality of the Goat Boy axle bender is far better and more accurate, as it has a bend stop set screw. The Derby Worx Axle Bender relies on a spring being compressed to set the bend angle. Additionally, this bender will not bend a SS axle unless a bend groove has been previously cut at the bend point.
Yes, there is no doubt I am a tool junkie; I have to try everything available to me. Both tools for sale are offered at a fantastic price and I tried to accurately describe both. For the GB Axle jig, the first offers were from Pacfanweb, Flying W Speedworks, Hogans Racing, and gWebber (was looking anyway). I will offer to those people first in that order. Pacfanweb, you're up first - PM me if interested.
After that, its available to anyone.
