Graphite prep with Red Rocket Xtreme Wheel Bore Polish

What would be the correct steps for bore polish / graphite application when using the Red Rocket Xtreme Wheel Bore Polish?

I burnish directly over the top of step #2/Legend/Red Rocket... John posted a slightly different method where he mixes graphite in after applying step #2/Legend/Red Rocket and before he buffs it out. I may quoting John a little wrong, please correct me if so...

With red rocket just prep the wheel like you do for oil then buff some graphite in. Works like a charm.
