HELP! Broken front wheel needs replaced

One of the front wheels had an unnoticed small crack in it and after installation on the axle and glued into the slot...it needs to be replaced. What is the best way to go about this without damaging the car? A Dremel tool on the glue? I have 3 weeks before the race, we are not rushed, unless we have to build a new car. Thanks

Update: My husband went ahead and used his Dremel tool on the glue, which worked great. Now, we are putting a new wheel on, and hopefully, we avoided a catastrophe. I feel soooo much better.

Glad you got it fixed. If I have a loose axle hole I'll use just a little Elmer's glue to hold it. Without a tuning groove in the axle head it can be difficult, to downright impossible, to remove a glued in axle.
