Interesting! I think I understand. The new technology keeps you balls separated. Basically, if you want to be fast don't let you balls touch.

Kinda makes me wonder if the difference between a "good" Unlimited bearing and a "bad" Unlimited bearing is only because of flaws/variances in the little stamped retainer that separates the balls.....

Those are cool wish they were made in micro sizes. With that said, Nobody greases bearings in the unlimited class. They run dry.
