So with at least 3 different tracks being ran on this coming season, are there going to be things like league class car record holder or is each track going to have a record recording. Or are fastest times not going to have a part?

i am not sure, i have thought about it though, with all 3 tracks running the same hardware and set up the same, things should be fairly tight as far as consistency goes. but i am sure there will be small variations. As for the CFC and SN races yes they are both league races, and will be run under league rules. but as a stand alone event they will have track record's for each event. if one of the league guys happens to set that record then they will be the track record holder for that event. with no real bearing on the league standings. there may be a badge for that achievement unless some Girl Scout wins it
