I usually use USPS through Paypal. Where is the option to buy and print a return shipping label? Or are you guys doing it different? Tips - tricks?

I've printed shipping labels right through the USPS website, although you will need to setup an account, it's painless. I typically then pay the shipping postage with my debit card. It then allows you to print right away. Be ready with shipping labels in the printer, it asks if label printed correctly or not, you then have to option to reprint if you printed the wrong side of the label. Ask me how I know that...

I've printed about 1000 labels but never a pre paid return label. I don't see that option.

I go through USPS.com you might check that site to see if it is similar or you can look to see if there is a help section...thats the best I got

Also, stay away from Stamps.com. I tried it last month and regretted it. The postage works alright, but then they sign you up for a plan where they take your money every month even if you don't use the service. And, you have to prepay in $10 increments. I found that out the hard way. I really had to argue with the "customer service" person to drop the plan and get my remaining money back. I know they advertise it on the radio, but it isn't legit. Just stay away from it.

Yesterday I got my box ready to send back to NPWDRL and used USPS instead. It was easier to use and there was no funny business. I know it's easy to criticize the government, and often they deserve it, but the Post Office actually got something right.

I don't look for a return shipping tab or any thing I just create another label with the my address and the destination and Johns as the return. Real easy because once you put in a address you can save it for future use.

So far I have not had any troubles...

does the ship date matter? If the date on the label is already past will the post office still take it?

Once purchased that is it, no more fees. As you go through the USPS website to purchase your label, options appear and you just choose to match your package size and weight.

I found a ups store by me and they did everything. Even helped pack and tape it. Kinda spoiled now.
