How do you add steer to a car if you can not bend the axle?

Our rules state that we can not alter axles outside of polishing them.

The back ones I know I am not supposed to bend. I know one of the front ones we will lift. So what do we want to do with the front axle we are supposed to bend?

Drive the nail in at an angle, if you're looking at the car with a clock superimposed on the axle location. The nail would be driven in at 7:00 or 8:00 o'clock toward 1:00 or 2:00 for a Left dominant wheel with the Right raised. What guys 3-6 degrees might be a good start.
 
From the back of the car view, drill the holes to look like this /--- the front view needs to look like this ---| or like this |---/ (at a 3-6 degree angle) depending on which wheel you what to steer. Then drill the drive wheel at a very slight angle (1-2)degrees so that it steers toward the lifted wheel and you should be good.
Key: / | are the wheels --- represents the body of the car.
 
AAARacing, are you required to "use the slots" or can you drill your own axle holes with your rules?
 
Cool, then drill a test body 3 degrees up in the rear, 4 degrees down x 1 1/2 degrees forward for the dominant front, and drill the raised wheel straight but 1/16" higher than the dominant hole. Tape some weight on top in the back and see how it drifts. I believe that will get you close to 5" of drift. If it's off a bit you can drill a second DFW hole in that same test body and fine tune it before you drill the real body.
