This happened to me this weekend. I put graphite into the the hubs after car was built at race time. I built one car, that went 3.28 1st time then 3.10 the rest of the runs (3) another car that I did the same thing to went 3.14 1st time then 3.06 the rest of the time..
The lesson is spin wheel after adding graphite. It might cost you a placement!!!!!!!
