Icons.. And such Help!!

I was wondering how to people get these smiley face and such on there page ??? Is there a trick to this?

If you're at your computer, there should be toolbar right above where you type with font sizes, insert pic or movie and a smiley face with a pull down for the emotioncons. If you're on your smartphone or in through facebook, not sure how your reply window works. Ok, would you PM your secrets to a fast car

Search the forums "ON THE LIGHTER SIDE" for "little yellow faces"
