Depends if you drill them wrong, get the plug and play. If you drill them correctly you can tune to the car and it will be faster. Every car is different, therefore , the more you can ajust the better.

For a Scout/Awana race with no track to test on I would go with the plug-n-play.... Think about it, with every plug-n-play block you get a free partial tune by DD4H.... Can't beat that.... One of the most common problems with Scout/Awana racers that try railrunning is that they don't add enough drift... that problem is eliminated with the plug-n-play.
