Is there anything better to use for axle treatment than Jig-a-loo ? I've read about chain-saver and others, just wondering is jig the best?

If you can't get Jig, try Max-Pro heavy duty silicone spray. You can get it at Microcenter. It's also a lot less noxious than Jig.

If you are using graphite... Pledge is the king... Lemon pledge... not orange... If you talk to Kinser... Orange is ALWAYS slower

wait wait wait, after wet sanding and polishing the axles put lemon pledge on them? Is this a real thing or a decoy?

When I was in the Air Force after basic training, in tech school we had to clean our dorms every night as a group. I was handed the pledge one night and I covered the stairs that slippery mess.

It is a SERIOUS thing. If you are using graphite, polish your axles, then lemon pledge them. You will be happy you did.

After the Air Force, you know the slickness of it... works on axles as well.
