Leather for polishing

I cleaned my leather strip, but the wife threw it out while drying. Where do you guys buy them?

You can get leather at a hobby lobby or a craft store.

I purchased a big role from Hobby Lobby a few years ago for a few dollars. It was left over from a drum my son made in cub scouts. You may want to avoid leather that is dyed.

If you have a Tandy Leather store around, they have a scrap bin and usually will give you a couple of leather pieces for free.

Our Hobby Lobby had e strips of leather in a pack. Each piece was 1" x 6". I forget the price, but no more than $1.00. I didn't see rolls, but I am going to look again.

I use the leather to apply the axle polish. I use the selvyt for final cleanoffs.
