Local Derby Race 04/24/2021

Hello Everyone. I am a new member on this site. However I'm not new to pinewood derby. We are having a race on April 24th 2021 for all ages. We have a traditional racing, outlaw racing, and a racing for pinks that uses traditional cars. All races are cool and fun but this one is extremely cool because it involves you having control of your start gate. Reaction time is everything. Medium fast cars can beat fast cars if your quick on the draw. The race will be held in Mifflintown PA. We have a good setup. We have lots of food, racing, Trophies are very nice and there is some competition here. So come enjoy the day with us. I was there last year. It was nice to race with a bunch of folks just there to have a little good ol' fashion fun with little wooden cars. Well worth a few hours in the car...

I was there as well, and it was awesome! It was a great day, and the Pinks race was really fun too!

Ed was too funny at the starting gate for the pinks race... he couldn't shake Cool Hand though... That kid has a special talent to tone adults out. LOL

I was out early too. Cant recall, but it think I red lighted.

Hi Everyone,
The race is near. Next Saturday the 24th will be our race. Car inspections begin at noon and the racing begins at 1:00. Don't forget to eat lunch there as we will have plenty of food and drink. We look forward to seeing all of you there again. We made a few improvements since last race and we look forward to sharing those with you. Thanks and have a wonderful Liverpool Day. Matt.
