Soooo this doesnt happen every time but way more than i like....i drill my unmolested blocks, check my holes for a good drill... then start to thin them down and shape my blocks into a ladder design (this ONLY happens on ladder designs) ...anyway....after all the thinning and hollowing and so on...the axle holes increase in cant....both front and rear!! This last chassis was drilled at zero on the front and after material removal both fronts are close to 3 1/2 degrees ....obviously the chassis is warping with the removal of material.....should i just drill after the fact? Or how do you guys prevent the warpage?

So you bring it to 1/4 before drilling? Im trying to think back....seems like you may be onto something....im pretty sure the ones that did not warp were thinned to 1/4 before drilling but i really couldnt say with certainty. This last one was the worst one ive had by far though and it was drilled at full block hieght.
