So what goal have you set for yourself for March Madness?

I have taken all my cars from the CFC and reworked them. Some I re-shaped and some I just left the same. I did retire Ole 97 which was a Street Stocker I've been running since last fall. I took another car that I introduced last fall "X" and made some modifications and got it ready to go. My main goal is to do better with each Car

CFC Results For Resophonic Racing

Street Stock = 26/60 (43%) Mid Pack
Street Pro = 19/24 (79%) Low End
Eliminator = 17/23 (73%) Low End
Unlimited = 24/26 (92%) Bottom Dweller

I wanted to improve my CFC cars before I built new ones. last year I would just build a new car everytime the wind would blow. This lastest round of improvements has once again made me question everything I've learned over the last 2 years.

So March Madness will be my first league race. It will also be my first non-Royal Rangers race, so nobody laugh too hard... I am entering 2 cars: "American Spirit" which is in the Eliminator class, and "Midnight Xpress", which is in the Street Stock class. I didn't go all out and buy the Dynasty wheels and axles for this build - I just wanted get my feet wet and see how I did starting from scratch. I'll spend the money for the special wheels on my Team car builds...

Well march is going to be a interesting month! Having chatted with some of you it sounds like some big improvements have been made. Which is awesome because that is going to make for some very intense competition. As for me I just hope to be a little quicker then the last race. I am nervous being that the prep will be over 2 weeks old at the time of the race. Just had no time this last weekend or this week to redo. Also with this month being a elimination type race could get very interesting!!! Best of luck to all!!

Griz,

That is a good approach, getting your feet wet is the first start. An elimination race is always more intense. Study the post race videos and you will learn a lot.
