The way it's sits in the box is the the way you are sending it?? Or do you have a few changes to makes to the car before sending.. Just curious there's a few things that I see that needs to be done... To help the car. tweak here and there really simple things.

JBD, I was going to reverse the front ndfw and tape the rim to make it more arrow but the tape would not stick to the rim. I tried clear packaging tape and the hup held out the tape like a tent. Please help me? What tips do you recommend? I really appreciate the feedback from you guys. I am guessing on the rim I need to sand to create tooth for the tape to stick? Should I make the hub and wheel rim flush? Would I find more speed with a pine car NDFW? Thanks guys!
For your first build the car looks great! Don't try to do to much to fast. Do what you know and see where your at, then make small changes to see what works for you. I PROMISE what works for others will not always work for you. I think that to much info at first can be a bad thing, when you hear 10 things from 10 different people it can get every frustrating. Get a feel for the basics. I truly belive in the walk before you run way of thinking.

If QT or JBD gives you advice, I would try to follow it. I've been racing with these guys for about 6 months and made ~75 to 100 cars, and only now am I seeing any consistency. I can only imagine how many cars the pros have made...
100 cars is six months!!!! Holy crap! when do you sleep?! I'd be lucky if I built 25-30 cars in that same six months.

For every race (BASX and SS), I try to send in a car. That being said, I'll build 3 or 4 sister cars and take the fastest. Inevitably, something always goes wrong with one or two of the builds. At some point, I will re-harvest the weight and axles, the wheels (for the most part), and add to the kindling pile of scrap derby bodies. Then there is Txchemist and Gravity, and when they say it would be a good experiment, I usually try to validate or test their theories, if possible. Spend another few days build another two or three cars, and the scrap pile gets bigger. Testing different body designs, wheelbases, rear cants, FDW cants (drilled), fenders (before I started using GEE), weighting (cubes vs plates vs D4D wheel weights), friction plates, etc. adds up to a lot of cars. This is why my SR build has not gotten very far. At least re-preps involve the re-use of existing cars...

B Regal, you're going to get fast as you keep working. Great job on you dedication, hard work will pay off. I hope I can pick your brain and cash in on some of that experience.
