After getting the Silver Bullet Extreme I still could not drill perfectly aligned body holes for axles.

This is my solution:

I placed 1-2-3 blocks so that the drill would be slightly toe-in and then used caulking to attach everything down to a steel plate. The harbor freight magnets are just there to steady things as I was testing the set-up.

Then at the outer most point (4 inches from the SBE) i shimmed both sides for a perfect alignment drill.

.
Then with a piece of wood that works on both sides of the jig, i get exactly identical angles of drill.

I use a 6 inch #43 bit to do the drilling and I can drill them slowly, clearing chips as i go.

This jig will drill identically on each block.

I find it necessary to hold the drill bit at the critical alignment point for proper consistency.

Wow, that's quite the setup! Whatever works is the name of the game. Good luck!

There is a simpler method. Find the bushing that appears to be off and using a hammer and tap hit the side of the drill bushing to straighten it up. A few taps and it is easily corrected. Not sure how but the bushings can be seated slightly off. Use a piece of scrap wood to do drills until it is seated correctly.
Mine is one of your very first prototypes, so it may be slightly different from what you sell now.
