With only 10 days left till the nationals, I want to make sure we have all the info finalized for all of the live racers as well as proxy racers. The current Nationals schedule has (3) classes being run Friday night. Are these for sure the classes you are running? I also see there is an "open Track" from 3pm-5pm. This is great but will there also be some time Saturday morning for open track for racers not getting there till Saturday morning?

I just looked at the current registered racers and seems very low! Live racers as well as proxy have to pre-register correct? If you are planning on racing, either live or proxy, you must pre-register on the Nationals web-site. http://pinewoodderbychampionships.com/registration-2/

Looking forward to this great event and hope we have a lot of racers gunning for the Championships! Good luck to everyone!

The open track is going to be Friday only. Saturday is going to be HELLISH and it gets harder trying to fight people off the track. I want people to come to this event with their cars already built! Too many times there are complete builds going on the days before the event and I want to actually enjoy this one instead of working the entire time before.

There is a possibility that we will have to push the Unlimited class to Saturday. If it gets late Friday night then we will have to push. I think anyone there for bearings will be planning to be there Saturday too.

Nobody has to pre register. If you do not pre register then the cost will be $15 per car. If you do it is $10 per car. I am sure everyone will wait until they are sure what cars they are racing.

I've got 2 cars for sure. Working on a third as we speak. Not sure if it will be ready but, I am going to bust my butt trying. I wish everybody luck at the Nationals.

I'am pre-registered !!! And to top that my cars are already there at Zeeb's front door. Can ya tell I am excited

We got our basement all dried up and the boy and I will have the track set up tomorrow. This flood set us back a little. But my cars will be sent out Friday. /images/boards/smilies/wink.gif

I have not registered yet I will know more on Thursday after I get a chance to tune and to see if my street rod will be legal or not. I will have at least 3 cars racing possibly 4. Can't wait!

If all goes as I intend, I am planning on having 6 cars, 4 already built, 5 & 6 in the works. Looking forward to this event, it will be a good time.

I expect that my Street Rod will be complete and sent in.

Unexpected delay hit last night when four telephone poles in my neighborhood snapped last night and killed our power. Hopefully my power tools will be operational tonight. /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif

I'll be there live Friday early afternoon, racing Unlimited and SS. Looking forward to live national racing, watching, learning, and winning some door prizes, and meeting everybody.

Unfortunately, I will be a proxy racer this year (Most likely 4 Cars). Situations at Home dictate that I don’t go.

I’d really like to meet as many of you as possible in person. I plan on attending next year.

I hope someone will see that all of those helping with the race will have something to snack on during the race windows.

Best of LUCK to you ALL,

Frank – EggHead Racing

I'm in. I will be entering:
1- SS
1- SP
1-Eliminator
1- Unlimited
I'm tuning and boxing tonight and my cars will hit the road tomorrow for their first USPS experience. I'm excited and anxious to see how everything turns out. Best of luck to everyone racing and thanks in advance to those spending their time making this happen.

Ian,
If I send my stethoscope can you listen to the track for me? /images/boards/smilies/smile.gif
