I also like to get things out of the way so I snagged a Sears Craftsman that can be wheeled out of the way! Its no professional saw but pretty good for the do it yourselfers! The one thing that I didn't like was the hole pattern for my router.

A tip learned from experience- the hard way using a 10" Makita sliding compound mitre saw...
-When transporting a chop saw, never use the top handle, even if the blade is down and locked in. Always use both hands on the base. Carrying it by using the top handle can skew the accuracy. Might seem like common sense but it really does make a difference.

Nice rack!
I like to tuck away my tools too but the table saw doubles as a table/ work surface with the blade down so I prefer the bigger set up.
The steel surface on the table in conjunction with te fence comes in handy for gluing operations.
It is nice to have the castors on it to move it a bit though.
I wish I could tuck my drill press away.

That little Proxxon saw is used for model building. I could see the model train builder using this to build scaled down landscapes and cities.

This mini micro saw rocks!!! Picked this puppy up on sale a few years back and must say I am still impressed. I can clamp micro pieces and it makes a clean, accurate cut. Bought it mainly for cutting Royal Ranger dowels and other small detail work but quickly figured other tasks for it such as switching blades and cutting metal tubing. This lil guy is deceptively powerful!
