We are still working on Putting some decals on these Cars But their really Shiny Looking.

I was also wondering what graphite powder I should use I seen the ZAP on e bay not sure what to use but I do need some.

My Other cars I got from derbydad were already ready for racing didn't need graphite for like 40 heats.

I actually have not used graphite at all on any of the races Jayden raced and he Whiped on everyone for 4 Years. returning champion of the San Diego 500 4 times In a row I am sure the Pack was Glad Jayden turned to Boy Scouts.

But I got another son and soon He will Be in the Same Pack.

Anyways let me know bout the Graphite.

Nice cars!

Tests have shown that DD4H's graphite is consistently the fastest. Hob-E-Lube, if not the second fastest, is pretty darn close to it, and cheaper than the rest.

Sorry for the paint, but be liberal with the application of the graphite. If you do need to clean the paint afterwards, WD-40 or Olive Oil do the trick nicely.

Oh, I have had the clearcoat change the paint colors. Usually with paint pens (easy for the kids to add decor to the cars). Just tell everyone it's "Candy Grape Purple"

Hob-E-Lube from what I have read on here is 2nd best after DD4H's own graphite. Your biggest factor for performance is not going to be the graphite. If you have never done your own graphite application search on here for "burnishing". There are a few explanations of how some people do it, particularly 5Kids Racing. It is basically a method to build up a layer of graphite in the wheel bores by lightly grinding graphite on with a polished rod or extra axle.

Are the wheels raw or did you order them pre-polished? If they are already polished you can do the burnishing otherwise you will want to go through the polishing process for the wheel bores first. Again you can look up how to polish the bores using DD4H's kit or there are some slightly lesser alternatives that are comparable that you may be able to find locally that perform about 95% as good.

I still use Novus 2 plastic polish for my first step and before I got the DD4H Redrocket I used Liquid Glass for the second step.

Yes the wheels are already Prepped I get to use the Faster wheels since they do not check the wheel like they do at the San Diego 500.

Me and Jayden had a Problem 2012 with His Really Fast Blue one we first got from derbydad4hire it was a champion King of the hill Car. When they inspected the wheels they were not the right size so we have to change the wheels and try to re set the camber because that car hat a Bent axle for Faster racing we did get the wheels on and got it to drive pretty str8 he still one the 2012 San Diego 500 the Car was Dragging on the rales and it still whooped them.

Derbydad4Hire re set the Car for Us and If u look at the Video I Posted look at that Time Stamp he also one that trophy of the fastest car and he holds the record of 2.39. on a 42ft track I think.

We still Have both Champion Cars Derbydad did for us.

I will Get the Graphite stuff from John thank you for the Information
