I was going to post here and ask as to whether anyone had tried it. From what I could see of the packaging, it lists plastics as one of the things "best for use on". I didn't see anything about oil, however. Then again, I only looked at the packaging for a couple minutes as I don't have $20 for an experiment.
Ah. And there is the oil mentioned in the video.
It looked so much like this could be the "new, non-caloric, silicon-based, kitchen lubricant [Clark's] company has been working on that creates a surface five hundred times more slippery than any cooking oil."
