New Track Record.....Bam wit a big body car

It is true, you need thin to win, but that's to nice of a car to be hacking on. I agree with TRE, just race it.

I think you guys are probably right... I will just leave it, maybe re-prep wheels and add some graphite. I would love to run that 2.86 avg....That was our best time yesterday. We seldom got above 2.90 and change on any of the 12 races we ran.

On a side note the top cars that ran at district races year before last ran 2.60 2.59 on a 35... Hoping to be competitive... If my math is close(who knows , track variables)
2.59 / 35ft =.074 sec x 40 feet = 2.96

I ran 2.89 / 40ft =0.072 sec x 35ft track = 2.52

So in a perfect world vacuum... they would run 2.59 on 35 and 2.96 on forty
and I would run 2.52 on 35 and 2.89 on forty? Is that a reasonable thought?
