Points are awarded each race.

1st-50
2nd-45
3rd-40
4th-38
and down by 2 points each place to 5 where it goes with .5 increments.

The ranking points equal your 7 score average minus your worst score.

I liked the tables from 2012 that showed each month. Lot easier to follow. Do what works best. I'm flexible.

You get 7 scores from the series. Feb-1, Mar-2, Apr-1, May-3.

I get it now. You add up your points from each race to get your total.

Then drop the points from your worst finish so far. You would only drop half of the points if your worst finish was the double point race or you would only drop 1/3 of the points if your worst finish was at the triple points race.

Now take your total points and divide by 6.

There are 7 point earning opportunities in the series. The first race was a single point race. The second race was a double points race. The third race is a single point race and the final race is a triple point race. Seven total. The reason that you divide by 6 is because of the drop for your worst finish.
