Okay guys John and I have talked and the pricing has been set. For a 72 x 24 full color print, all the arc lines are different colors hard to see in the picture. The cost is going to be $35.00. Which is a smoking deal, I went and priced the same print at the local Steamrollers copy shop and what quoted a price a of $50-65, and that was on a lower grade paper also. He is only going to be offering one size, however you can see for the picture that the bottom portion can be cut down in length to a at least a 48 inch board. They will be for sale on the DD4H website, and will be avalible for shipping by the 27th of Feb. Let me know if you have any questions.

FANTASTIC, finaly a predone tool that we can all use and compair notes with!!
and the price is perfect.
good job guys.

Just curious. How do you guys stage the fdw when using the tuning board? If it's pulled away from the body, the time it takes the whl to migrate to the body must change the arc length a little. How was the board made; fdw staged in or out?

I have been wondering about having one of these laminated. Has anyone tried this. My thinking is if I can get it to lay flat on a flat surface I my not have to build any thing. Man I am lazy!!! I know it would not be optimal but for those with limited space might be a option worth looking into.

Yes that was my initial thought...however if you do that you need to have it done somewhere that they wont wrinkle it. As you know it is quite large and I will tell you that in my area it is also VERY expensive. I had a poster 24X36 done and that cost me $80. Just FYI. It may be worth it though not taking up a ton of space was my thought...I could roll it up and put it away until I needed it again???

I can get the glass and all the wood for $80. Oh well I guess I will just do it the right way.

Quick question? What thickness glass works best with the tuning paper. I would think that you would want to be close to the line for accurate stagging. What does John have on his tune board? ..... Spirit ...........
