I can't begin to relate to how difficult this would be. I am not a doctor, but just make sure you realize that seeking medical help doesn't mean you are weak or unstable either. I have seen too many rock solid and professional people reach a breaking point to even begin to think ANYONE is above this.

Only you know what your needs will be. Make sure to remember this if the question ever comes up in your mind.
