My son's race is coming up. There isn't any rule against oil so we were considering using it. I'm sure most will use graphite though. Should I be worried about the graphite on the track contaminating his car and making it slower than If we just ran graphite? Would it be better to just run graphite since I'm sure there will be some on the track. Thanks

Oil is better, but make sure you know how to properly prep your wheels and axles for it.
This would be my first time attemping it. I've watched John's video so I have an Idea. I've been wanting to try it just haven't pulled the trigger. The wheel prep is the same for oil correct? Or did I miss something? I have the red rocket kit and just picked up the black ice kit.

Assuming you've got some oil, sounds like you're good to go.
