Oil versus graphite

Suppose a pro prepares 2 identical cars (hypothetical situation here). All things being EXACTLY the same in both cars, by how many inches will the oil car beat the graphite car?

I've seen it stated that Krytox oils are .030 seconds faster than graphite. I'm assuming this means on a 42-foot league-standard track.
 
It's approximately 442" from start to finish. Took the average time of the top basx pro from today and .02 seconds is about three inches.
 
In all honesty, it all boils down to how many runs each car makes. There are a couple of guys out there that can make a graphite car fly, however...in my opinion, it will not remain consistent, as the car races more and more heats it will slow down. The oil car will actually sometimes speed up, and the oil car will remain more consistent making it faster against the graphite car.
 
Chief is right on, with my experience oil is always faster.
If you compare the fastest run with graphite with oil its about .02 or so.
However graphite runs are not as consistent and over 10 runs or so it does
average out to at least .03 on a 42 foot track. Oil will stay consistent way
longer.
 
^I wonder how long the track in that video was?

If it was 42', then I wonder what the difference would be on a 32' track?

It'd be cool to see the whole race, to see where the advantage was gained.

Reason I'm asking, I'm wondering if oil would make a difference if the track was 10' shorter, and from what I've seen, most Cub or Powderpuff tracks are not 42', they're around 30-ish.

edit: I went to the youtube site instead of watching the embedded video here and the description says they were sub-3 second cars, so I'll assume that's a 42' track. Still would like to see the entire race and see if the oil car had that lead the whole time, or gradually pulled away on the flat section.

I believe those were both oil cars in the video. On a shorter track, since the cars would be going just a bit faster at the finish, a .010 gap would only be slightly farther apart.

Obviously, but .01 at 42' isn't necessarily .01 at 30', which is what I asked.

WHERE was the advantage gained? Initially, and it just held that gap all the way? Does the oil car just steadily pull away the longer the distance?

That's what I was asking. I've seen plenty of times where cars came down the hill about even and then the cars with better prep work/parts/alignment/lube/all of the above made the opponents look like they hit the brakes on the straight. Obviously these cares prepped by a pro wouldn't do that, but I was wondering just where the advantage that oil has over graphite shows up.
