I would also recommend a 4 lane of that track. It is the most common.
Sorry craigs......I have to disagree with you there....unless he is running races or diving deep into the rabbit hole....He might only want to test his cars to build speed and fine tune his tuning skills.....a single lane works well for that....if he sants to run in traffic a two or three lane msy be just yhe ticket....but from the hobby stand point I think a four lane might be excessive.

I would recommend either a Best Track or a Freedom Track. I have both and have had success with both.
Like Chuck, I think a one or two lane is plenty unless you plan on holding races. A two lane is nice if you want a little friendly competition between the grand kids.

My Best Track is a single lane, my Freedom Track is a two lane. The Freedom is anodized, incredibly smooth and easy on wheels. A new Best Track will take some time and effort to polish. If you don't sand and polish the Best Track, it will be rough on wheels.

I do have my Freedom track up for sale for $1,000.00. I have over $1,500 invested in the track, time and remote release.
