Hello again everyone! My rebuilt SS car is built, axles and wheels prepped and ready to be installed on the car. A few questions for race day.
1. What is the best way to identify my car? A label of some sort on the bottom?
2. Should I put some flat black paint on the underside to make sure the timing system sees my car at the finish line?
3. Do I need to add staging marks on my car? I might be doing more harm than good by doing this since I've never raced before.

For now I think that's all of the questions I have.

Label or black sharpie to bottom of car will work

No need, timer doesn't care what color the bottom of your car is...

3. Do I need to add staging marks on my car?

Just leave it blank and it will get staged "D" (daylight) and straight down the track.... That will be fine for your first race (and probably most others)

If you are shipping your car be sure to label your box too. It makes it so much eaiser for the guys who are repacking your car...and dont worry about staging marks...Quicktime is GREAT at setting the car for its optimal speed...Just ask 5kids hahahaha
