As the first event of the Fire series nears, are there any predictions for class winners?

Right now it's hard to say, as we haven't seen anyone run. With the BASX class having so many entries, it's hard to say who will win! It's fair game to all, as near as I can tell. I'm sure we'll have the usual contenders vying for the top spots.

Remember to send in next month if you didn't send in this month. You're not out of it yet! Lowest score is dropped, if I read everything correctly. You still have a chance!

Best of Luck to all racers this weekend!

See you on the track!

I predict I'll post my personal best this race. It's my 5th pro race and I'm stoked. Good luck to all and have a dang great time, this is fun baby! Thank you to all the friends who I have met, you guys truly make this fun! I just picked up the rental car! Who will be live? What time should I knock on skippys door?

What time does the race start? nobody knows

I have not raced in far to long and am going to get a couple of cars ready for next month. It is time to start playing again.
smile

Had too much going on this month but hope to send in some cars next. I have a BASX that shows possibility but who knows? Should have an Eliminator and Unlimited ready. I have a big selection of bearings to chose from so maybe I can get a car to pick up some speed! I sure have not seen any success in this class and can't seem to find the speed to be competitive!
Good luck to all this month!

Reminds me of the ketchup commercial.... "Anticipation".....

LOL. Well none of my cars were vetted in depth on a rolling board so this'll be interesting. I kind of ran short on time to do all that I had planned in the testing phase. I highly doubt that I'll send in as many cars next month as I'll begin to whittle it down to the better running ones and then do some more tweaking before the next race.

I have 2 SS that are turds. Along with my car from national running like crap, I predict a slow day for me!

Bring donuts and coffee, knock on his door at 7:00 am sharp ! ! LOL

I predict my personal best and given it's my first race I suspect that should be attainable. Beyond that I predict moderate levels of embarrassment in my overall results.

In all honesty, you should build some new cars. That how I find speed when I hit the barrier.

OK racers, no one else seems to want to give predictions for class winners for the first Fire series race. My predictions are:

BASX - WK Creations
Street Stock - HurriCrane
Street Pro - Hogans or Kinser
Eliminator - Bullet
Unlimited - Zeebzob or Quicktime
Street Rod - Skippy Kicky

I'd agree with the list, but we haven't heard or seen from WK or Bullit in some time. I wonder if they sent in? I'd like to bring a little talk into the SS prediction, even though Brian has been strong in this class, and not to take anything away from him, LB may bring a little something to the match. So I would like to add an ..."or LightninBoy" to the SS, similar to the SP guess.

I've got Zeeb in Unlimited. Eliminator: I'm going with E3PWD (Todd Myer). BASX is a tough call right now, I'd like to say me, but I haven't ran this class in several months. So I'm going to hold out on any predictions here. SR: I'm going with D4D, if he sent in, or whomever bought his Nationals car in this class FTW.

Kinser and Hogan are tough in the SP class, but I'm giving the edge to Hogan after his showing at Nationals.

I think that covers them all.

Here is my predictions:

BASX - Bullet
Street Stock - QT (He finally quits sand bagging)
Street Pro - Kinser
Eliminator - Bullet
Unlimited - Zeebzob
Street Rod - Skippy Kicky

My new SS should be a player if it does well in traffic. I took the Kinser approach and tuned it to fly. Let's just hope it doesn't fly off the track!

Good luck everyone.
