Mine will go to 150, but gets real loud, real quick. so I guess it was more for my own hearing that I turned it down, but 60 seems to work pretty good for me.
About the only precaution I could give you about the higher pressures is that it is much easier to blow the object out of your grip. Trust me. Air pressure at the shop is 120 psi and things have went sailing, but at home I trim it down between 45 and 60 psi, but use a high volume air gun similar to this one, with interchangeable tips.
