question about track

if you take down a track and have to set it up everytime you use it are you gonna get inconsistant times..even if you get it level the same way everytime

They may be a little inconsistent. It will really depend on how close you get it each time. A great way to determine this is to have a very consistent car that you keep at the same tune and use it to check track consistency.
