The 3 Second Dream race is an award within the street stock class. Because it has always been a goal in the "cub" type cars and many guys spend a whole season or more trying to break into" SUB 3" i felt it deserved its own recognition. the closest car to a 3 second average wins it. This means that the top dogs will probably not be in the running. last season i would have been in the running for it, so would derby freak and a few other mid pack guys. last year i ran it as a stand alone race, this year i have moved it to run along with the street stock class, where it belongs. that way everybody that runs a street stock has a chance. hope this explains it.
