red rocket polish

I've got some extra time out of the red rocket polish by warming the wheels for a couple hours in a thermal spa. The thermal spa is built for hands and finger nail polish drying so it is not too hot for wheels. I guess it's 80-85 degrees in there. It cures the polish faster and it seems to help.

So you are doing the whole polish process with both polishes and then after the red rocket you drop the wheel into the thermal spa for a couple of hours? How much gain did you see, another interesting concept.

Use John's polish #1 as usual. Then polish red rocket as usual...blow it out and then polish the bore. Then place in the thermal spa for 2-4 hours. Repolish again after the 2-4 hours and back in the spa for 2-4 hours. The next day...24 hours after the first polish and you're set. My times are down to 2.969 for SS which is good for me. It won't beat the pros, but progress comes slow.

I would need to see some before and after times before I can justify going out and purchasing the spa. I would be interested in seeing track times after the first treatment with out the spa and then with the spa. I feel you may find that it is really not helping much.

In case you haven't noticed you would have placed better than 12 Pro Built cars if we would have ran together. 2.969 is smoking fast Pony!

All this polish and spa stuff sounds like things women talk about not men racing cars!!!!!!!!!!
