rules for SS

Hi fellas,

Quick question:

In the rules for SS it specifies that the writing must be visible on the inside and the outside of the wheels.

If visibility of the inside or outsides of the wheels is obscured by the car or fenders, can the wheels be checked after the race for the markings when they are removed?
