Not sure if this is the right forum so if I'm off base here I apologize in advance, Has anyone navigated the conflicting rules for the Scout PWD in NYC? Going through the rules, not sure if a scout built car is allowed to have birch as the top and/or bottom cover. Can anyone provide input.

if the chassis is pine, I don't see a problem... people will have balsa fenders... shouldn't be an issue...
BUT... that isn't to say that is right... they are kinda stupid with all the rules there.
