On the DFW, I use the one that spins the most true on the outer edge. Check them after you clean and deburr them so there's no debris to get ground in. I just use an .092" pin gauge to check them. I tilt the pin at an angle and let the inner hub rub against my fingernail while the wheel spins. I round over and polish one end of the pin gauge so it won't scratch the bore when I insert it in the wheel, those gauge have sharp corners on them as delivered. I also try to avoid putting a wheel on the rear that has a wobbly inner tread edge to minimise the tail waggin' as best I can.
