Sherline makes a nice accurate incline that you can adjust to 3 degrees. I have done that quite often and had good luck. I attach the incline to one of the sherline x-y tables. I have a vise attached to the incline. I have also built a plate upon the x-y table and drilled sides to the plate for a fence. That method requires you to hold down the silver Bullit. Each method is good. Getting the drill press, x-y table all squared up is the first step. Then develop a system to drill the holes directly across from one another with a system to check it all. I think Gravity has a good system. He's an auto mechanic and works on car alignments all the time. Getting the rear axles with a zero thrust angle will get you a long way.
