I've been out of commission for awhile mostly due to finances. It hasn't helped that I've been getting a lot of pressure from my wife. I really want to say I'm sorry to all of you and especially John. There's really nothing I can do, I'm just dead broke. I can't even afford the extra gas to get to John's for a race. I know I should have let you all know much sooner but I'm a little embarrassed and to proud to admit that things are rough.

I have a lot of good friends in all of you and hope to see you on the track soon.

Sorry?!? No need to be sorry! At different time in our life's we have to figure different things out. Some of us go silent and some let others know. Is one way better than another? I don't know. I am glad that you let us know. I wish I was in a spot to help, and who knows maybe one day I will. Never be to proud to ask for help! I am a firm believer in thing happen for a reason, it just sucks waiting for the reason sometimes. The most important thing to remember in times of need is that your not alone, and a positive outlook will in time turn the lemon's into lemonade!! Just remember GOD and Family first, and through diligence's and hard work the rest will fall into place. Peace be with you brother!

Kinser I don't want you to feel like you are the only one, I feel your pain. I had full intentions of racing this month but a surprise visit from the truck parts fairy changed my plans for me. Just remember. When times are good it is great, when times are bad they could be worse. We will all be racing again soon enough!

Life happens, its always uncomfortable to be in those situations. I am just starting to get back on my feet from one of them. Thats why the SN trophys are not the super size big ones this time, just get things back on track with your situation and when your ready then come back to racing. trust me, Chief and I will still be here to whup ya when you get back

I am with you man. Offseason is a killer now. I am trying to figure a way to be able to use my pinewood derby cars to get me to the store and... wait, I don't have any money to get anything when I am there. Crap! Can you eat wood???
