After I set my steer , should I glue my axles in place ?

If you want to take them out or adjust your steer, then I’d say no. Your axle holes should be tight enough to the point where they don’t need glue.​

If you’re concerned that your axles are loose you might try a wrap of very thin (0.005 in etc) brass foil. You might find it at hobby lobby. I’ve over drilled holes and have used this successfully to keep things in place. Just have to make sure the brass is stuffed and isn’t ticking the wheel. It’s in my tool box for repair on long track racing where accidents happen frequently. It can stabilize damaged holes too.

I wouldn't. If the bore is loose you can use a little water to swell the hole. Also look up "k-house" grooves, and use them if you aren't already.
