I've been working on two new bodies for street pro. I installed wheels/axles last night to do a few tests and so far everything looks great. Once I get time I will put them on a test track to see if they make the cut and if they do I will be selling my two cars (wake up call + acid) that will run this weekend.

Nice looking car bodies, may need to buy one to reverse engineer. Oops! Did I say that out loud? /images/boards/smilies/wink.gif

I will tell you how they are built. The body is a 1/4" thick ladder style with bass wood for the cross members and fenders. I covered the body with a tape called uline. The axle holes are drilled by me with a proxxon drill. Any other questions just ask and I will try to answer them.

ZZ,
I wouldn't do that to your artwork. I could see in previous photos that you made ladder frame cars, I just haven't tried it yet. I use balsa wood fenders with 1/64" basswood sheeting to cover the body or I should just say the weight pocket area. Then I start sanding like a madman. I drill my own axle holes with a Proxxon too. I think we are on the same page.

Looking forward to some awesome racing this weekend. See you on the track!
