If you're a fan of the man in black, not the country music one, the real one that toted the big white 3 on his door, we sure could use your help. Respectfully speaking, we've already heard all the reasons why it CAN'T run a BSAX sub 3 but suggestions how to make it faster please. Being a converted AWANA car, even having to overcome what many would call a career ending injury the little car that couldn't laid down a 2.9949 off the trailer w/2.9883 average at John's last Tuesday.
Billy " the really," dumb Red Neck sanded too much off the bottom and the right rear axle boss said adios. All it needed was a KISS and the Do It For Dale pit crew working like a Chocolate Myers fuel man it showed up at the big house with a patched up axle boss. Chunking his $19.95 jig in the trash, then to add wood back to the bottom and a Silver Bullet Xtreme re-drill, Billy now has an app for that. No "just build another one" please because we're on a mission to prove all the nay sayer's wrong. The Legends on this Forum surely have some tricks up their sleeves to help the little darlin' shave a hundredth or 4 to help it become more competitive in the BASX.
Dead on 5 oz, 7/8" COM, 1/8th too short off the nose, 1/8 shaved DFW, 5 1/4" EWB and 2 1/2" @ 4' is what we're working with fellers.
Thanks.......RRR
