Test track in Northern/Central California?

Does anyone have or know of a test track in the Northern/Central California area? Down4Derby made a generous offer to let me use his track to test/tune my cars, but he is in Santa Barbara - about 6 hours away. At this point, I don't have an extra grand or so to buy my own track and timer, so at this point I am stuck with just a tuning board to try to get my cars ready to race.

Do you have a teammate with a track? Do your best and send it to them. Just an idea, I don't know if it will work.
