Well the year end race is done and I'm beat!! There was a lot of juggling that was was done late in the week as far as location due to a double booking that would have had us racing in some very tight quarters. Luckily we were able to find a building that wasn't already in use and it provided a perfect place to race. The move to the different building only put a small delay in the racing, which I apologize for I hate being late for anything. The big delay came in waiting for the USPS & UPS to run on Saturday, we were short 4 racers boxes that had been shipped but had not made it to us for one reason or another. We know how hard these racers have work and their huge support for the league and wanted to provide them every chance to race. Luckily 2 of the 4 showed up, but that left two top racers cars as no shows. For USPS I'm sorry I really wanted your guys cars on the track! Because of the waiting on the mail to run it threw the rest of the schedule off, and made us have to have a break in the evening so I could attend a Christmas party that I couldn't miss. So now that you guys have a little understanding of how the day went, now to the good stuff.
The racing was awesome! You guys never fail to impress the crap out of me! You all are always setting the bar higher and higher. The track was running great with no hiccups, straight and smooth just the way we like it! We thought the live feed was good but I guess it was less than desirable. On our end the frame transfer rate was great, but I guess that was miss leading us to what the reality was. A HUGE thanks to the live racers that came and assisted through it all. Please take the time and give a big thanks to, Cam Car, Egghead, KC Racing, All night racing, and Spacewalker. With out their help we would still be racing.
Most of all thanks to you guys for your huge support of the NPWDRL, this coming year is going to be even better! John has got a lot of good ideas for this coming season, I for one can't wait the the new year to begain!
