Call me crazy but I think he is acknowledging and announcing his addition... 
Agree. If you're measuring the weight of cubes and organizing them, you should seek professional help; and that help is not here. Most of us are afflicted as well.

Seriously though, thanks for all tips spread out through this forum. I have a checklist 50 steps long based on all of the wisdom you guys have shared over the years! This is our last scout derby so we are trying to go out in style...

Numbering the individual cubes - you are going to fit right in around here.
Our rules state that we have to use the axle slots, but they can be re-cut if they are not straight....
You got it Mojo...we drilled using the silver bullet and then re-cut the slots on the band saw.
I hate you all!! I never would have thought of weighing and labeling my individual tungsten cubes until I saw this...then last night the Mrs walks into the workshop and sees me weighing and categorizing tiny tungsten cubes, shakes her head, rolls her eyes and backs slowly out the door...

I would never consider labeling my tungsten cubes! I simply weigh them and then place them in the appropriate ziplock (of course it has been marked with the correct weight). Welcome to the addiction!
