Absolutely wild looking car! You put more thought in to the designs of your cars than anyone I've seen. /images/boards/smilies/thumb.gif

Thanks fellas,

This car is fast approaching my new "favorite thing I have ever made"

I will have to show you all the tiny bit of weight I was able to squeeze into the lower rear fender area.

you havent even raced. how can you be in the finals

What up Tre Cool?

Yeah, I thought the same thing until I spoke with Maglev and he filled me in.

It was about that time I turned it up to 11

This car can theoretically win the whole shebang. (Though highly improbable)

Naturally, I was drawn to the odds.

The format will be the top 15 builders automatically qualify for the race. A 16th qualifier will be added and determined by a "race in" round. To qualify for the "race in" round you will have to have competed in at least one of the 3 qualifying races for that class. The winner of the race in round will only advance his/her fastest car. There will be a semi final round consisting of racers 5 to 16. The top 4 in the semi final round move on to a finals round against the top 4 builders. The top 4 builders in the finals will move to the Championship round where the Man of the Mountain will be determined.

Each builder can enter as many cars as he wishes in each class that he competes in.

The way I read it, you had to enter at least once in the class in one of the three qualifiers to try for the 16th spot? Maybe John would make an exception for a vendor?

Aww dang!

Ok. This news leaves me only a couple of options to become the Man of the Mountain:

Plan A- Wild card slot, Wild Card Slot, WILD CAR SLOT...

Plan B- Did I ever mention how much I liked the name Bracketracer Racing BR?

I tell ya what BR.

If you help with the car; I promise not to enter it under your name, and besmirch your reputation by running 1.8g wheels on it.

Sound fair?

Hi BR,
I got your PM requesting we bring Maglev in on the project as well.
Good thinking! This car will require his superior prep skills if it is to meet it's date with destiny.

Also, I agree on the racing team name you picked out.
Dark Horse Racing seems very appropriate.

You made the right choice fella.

Thanks Hurricane,
Your choice of words is quite apropos since Laserman's Awesome Speed Team is rising from the ashes.

BR got drafted.

Hopefully he won't be too upset when he finds out.

Hey, I thought you were going to send that car in the last box? All I got was a couple of Raindrop Sets and the test parts.

If you send it under my name, it'll race in SS-Pro. You ready for that?

Nice! Good to have you on board BR!

Hope you enjoy the raindrops. They stick to windows.
Yes. Tobacco Thief needed some TLC when I sent out the last box so I held it back.
I will have it over to MO by Saturday.
Working up some new parts to replace the pieces that malfunctioned.
This is going to be AWESOME fella!

I ain't skeered of the pros.
